Accountability Training

Most people also think they eat well, until they learn that our soil is deplete of nutrients. Then they learn that our body doesn't absorb protein like it used to or assimilate it into Collagen for certain key areas (spine and hip). Accountability coaching is where someone sends a text picture of everything they eat for a month (or longer). Dr. Jen gives honest, helpful feedback to help transition into a healthier eating process for bone health. She covers everything from Protein, to Oxylates to Calcium and Collagen on a daily basis for the time agreed.

Personal Training

​

Many people have not been taught how to exercise with correct posture. This is ever so important to correct posture, and allow the person to proceed with bone health training. There are 6 essential exercises that can be taught in person or over zoom.
